What Is Reaction Time?
Reaction time is the interval between perceiving a stimulus and making a response. In a visual reaction test, it is the number of milliseconds between the screen changing color and the user pressing a key or clicking a mouse. Human visual reaction time typically ranges from 200 to 400ms, while auditory reaction time is slightly faster at about 150-300ms.
